Atlantic Tire & Service

kind of felt like one of those ‘the angels are with you’ moments in a very small way. I was almost two hours from home, in town for a doctor’s appointment and when I had gotten on the highway on my way, I realized something was terribly wrong with my car. I last minute found this place and barely made it into the parking lot. I felt like the weight of my situation that day was taken into consideration, and despite being told on the phone they likely wouldn’t have time, they serviced and fixed my vehicle, allowing me to get home that night completely safe. Such a little and random thing, and always a bummer to have something go wrong, but I was treated kindly on a stressful day, my car was fixed that same day, and I’m back on the road safely in what could have been a tragedy if I couldn’t find service. I was pleased with the service and grateful to have been helped.

Awesome service!! Scheduled a same day appointment online and had a member calling me letting me know if I can drop off my vehicle sooner. Sorry to forget their name. They inspected my vehicle, replaced my tires at a very fair price.

Atlantic Tire has been wonderful every time I’ve gone! They always make sure I understand what’s happening with my cars repairs. Their waiting room is comfortable and clean. Their appointment and drop off services are super convenient!

I had to have my car towed to Atlantic on Friday. I knew it was a last minute deal and wasn’t sure what to expect. James was extremely on the ball and called me Saturday when they had an update, to let me know that the car was throwing a bunch of codes and they might not have answers till Monday. Monday he called to let me know the technician wouldn’t be there until Tuesday and i would have to wait till Tuesday for an update. All of this to say- they called regularly unprompted and professional about all the updates which i deeply appreciated. I understood that this was a last minute thing i had thrown at them and they were still very kind, communicative, and helpful. I’m going to wind up trying to take it to the dealership to see if these specific repairs will be covered under warranty- but i was more than happy to pay them for their diagnostics time. And i would definitely use them for future repairs. I highly recommend this branch of Atlantic Tire.

Jay couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. As a first-time customer, the whole experience was easy from start to finish. I'll definitely be back for any future tire needs!
